One of the
most expensive phases of running a business is advertising. A famous phrase used in business is,
“advertising doesn’t cost – it pays.” So
it is no wonder that most businesses are looking for advertising that pays; in
other words it brings results in sales and inquiries. Most business owners would agree that it is
difficult to balance the difference between the cost of advertising and the
resulting benefit in obtaining sales.
There are
several ways to advertise. Here are a
few:
Facebook
Ads
With Facebook ads you get focused
consumers. You can target specific
audiences by age, gender, education, interests and other specifics. You can also set your budget for small amounts
of money.
StumbleUpon
·
You can use StumbleUpon Ads. They cost as little as $0.05 a
click, so for $5 you can get 100 unique visitors to your site. If you get likes you can receive free traffic
from Stumbles which can go on for months, even after you have stopped advertising.
Submit
Articles
When you publish your
articles they allow you to include a couple of back links to your website. Not
only does this provide you with potential traffic and leads to your business,
it also helps establish you as an expert in your field.
But for my .02 cents, and
the cheapest advertising on the planet I can advertise my business, product or
service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. It’s fast, it’s easy and it’s cheap.
